We are a local home micro-bakery in Littlerock CA, which is in the Antelope Valley. Everything is baked to order. I need to receive your order at least one day ahead, because it takes time for sourdough to ferment. Sourdough is fermented, which means it has a lower glycemic index than regular bread. Our menu and home bakery is approved by County of Los Angeles DPH. I would love to bake for you! Let me know! Thank you!
